Dr. Costello is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who treats a wide range of disorders involving the mouth, teeth, and facial regions. After graduation from dentistry school, qualifying as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon takes an additional four to six years of hospital-based surgical and anesthetic training.
Dr. Costello conducts comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgery in Maywood, Franklin Lakes, and Wayne, NJ, ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom teeth removal to corrective jaw surgery.
Our staff is qualified to assist with intravenous (IV) sedation and outpatient general anesthesia in our state-of-the-art office. Patients are closely monitored during and after surgery. Our surgical staff consists of skilled, CPR-certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants who assist with IV sedation and surgery.
